Here’s the thing, we all have a tendency to live in the past on some level which leads us to fall down a rabbit hole of woulda, coulda, shoulda’s and what if’s.
Do you know just how much energy that sucks from your life?
A negative thought lingers much longer than a positive one.
So think about how many more positive thoughts you could have if you let go of even at least one of the negative ones.
I mean listen, of course they will come, but how long they stay for, well that’s your choice.
I used to go down the negative black hole of recurring negative thoughts until I realized that by thinking so negatively, I was then attracting in all the negative people and situations.
The second I decided that I was going to let go of the negative, the wishing I could change the past, my whole life changed for the better.
I began feeling better in my body, I had more energy, I was attracting in better potential partners. It was beautiful.

Today, let’s commit to living in the present, to letting go of the past, and the negative thoughts.
